Q: How long does shipping take?

A:  Yes! Free shipping on US orders over $66.

Q: Can I customise a beaded pen?
A: Absolutely! Choose from our Pen Blanks and Beads & Charms to build your own unique design. We also offer pre-made designs if you prefer ready-to-go.

Q: Are the squish toys safe for kids?
A: Our squish toys are made from soft, non-toxic TPR material. They're suitable for ages 3+. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Q: How do I clean my squish toy?
A: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals. Let it air dry completely.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
